I've yet to play there as I'm just now getting back into the game after a 35 year absence.
There are 6 basic courses there at WDW. I actually have the six pack of golf balls on my lap as I type as we live in a golf community and I have the balls proudly displayed in our golf library.
They are 1) Magnolia; 2)Eagle Pines; 3)Oak Trail; 4) Lake Buena Vista; 5)Osprey Ridge; and 6)Palm
My friend just came back and played Eagle Pines and enjoyed it.
Every one here at the Ridge says ALL the courses are great and you can check their difficulty on some website.
I'm jealous as my next trip I'm bringing my new Ping G 5's sticks.

FYI--The average price is around $125 a round so it's not bad and this time of year it will be perfect for him.

Ask him if he can book me too? hehe

The Magnolia has a 600+ yard par 5 that is the longest hole on the PGA tour. The PGA plays the Funai Classsic on BOTH of these courses each year, so it is always a blast...plus you get the famous mickey shaped sand trap on #6 at the Magnolia.

If you play after 3 pm, it's only 30 for 18 holes. I wouldn't recommend anything later than 3 as you won't finish your round in time.

My next stop is the LBV club. I've always wanted to play that course since you can see the holes from downtown Disney.

    Have fun!

I wish my husband would spend money on himself. It's always for us and never himself. After 15 years of going to Disney, he finally broke down and bought a leather Disney jacket for himself. Of course, that was after I nagged him for 9 days while we were down there to buy the jacket. {)

vbdad55, Wow, what a story. I would be enraged if they were my clubs. Yes, it is a hard shell case. Thanks
