You will have to give them your cc and they will call on the appropriate day and make the reservations for you. For example, say you want to do the holiday tour on the 7th, they will need to call on 11/7 so they must have all your information before that!! They do charge your card the second they get the reservations and they are non refundable (unless it rains or Disney cancels for some reason). It sounds as though you will have a wonderful time with some really special things planned for you family. I just wanted to be sure that you knew how things work so you don't miss out by being too late to make reservations! Also, on 11/6, you can call to make PS as well with Disney Dining and it is getting harder and harder to get the exact times you want unless you call early! For PS, you can always change your mind and they do not charge you anything ahead of time or even ask for your credit card number.

Just the other day, my son said; "Remember when we were going to take that tour and learn about recycling toilet paper at Disneyland? I don't think they were ever going to do that at all, I think they set the whole thing up beforehand." LOL!
