I recommend standing on Main Street somewhere near the Penny Arcade, somewhere on the east side, on the street. This gives you a great view of the firewroks, and then the snow. If you have to pick one or the other, make sure you have a good view of the castle. They also shine images and things on it just like the castle. Not as good as the close to the castle view of the show but still very good and more snow at the end.
