    My Dad loves sitting on a bench or the low wall near the water between Carnation Gardens(?) and Frontierland. For a quick meal, we like the Coke Corner and sitting in the extended seating area just watching people go by. We also enjoy any empty bench we can find in the shade. People watching is always interesting at Disneyland.

    If you like gumbo i would suggest the harbour gallery. Everyone always goes to the new orleans gumbo stand and has to wait for a table. The Harbour i found to be the quietest location to eat and has a nice waterview.

    We like the Hungry Bear too, plus there are bathrooms right there. I really like the benches in NOS under the trees across from Haunted Mansion.....beware of birds in the trees though, have been pooped on sitting there, luckily it just got my shoe.
