I think near the exit is the most crowded and closer to IASW is the least crowded.

It seems like it would be a lousy spot to see Fantasmic!, with the lighting tower blocking your view. Once it goes up you're front and center with a PERFECT spot for the show, with an investment of only about 30 minutes of wait time.
