We haven't been to Disneyland since last spring so I can't vouch on the current construction.

It was a horrible intersection before (hense the new construction, to make it better) and it's not any worse. The 91/215/60 is part of ElderP's daily commute and I can tell you that the 91 is really really bad during rush hour, and it doesn't have a HOV lane, just a toll lane, and you have to have your fasttrack thingy already, so you won't be able to use them. If you happen to be driving through the inland empire/orange county durring rush hour (7am-9am and again 4pm to 7pm) I advise sobal's route. Otherwise x_PP_x's is slightly faster.
