Are there are special things I can do for her while there? Order a cake, etc?

There are also restaurants that will give birthday desserts. ;) When we've gone for my birthday, and been there multiple days, it has been a blast.

Beyond THAT, try to get a ride on the Lilly Belle car of the train (ask at the station on Main Street FIRST THING in the morning), or ask to pilot the Mark Twain. LOTS of fun things to do!
