If you really want, swing by Goofy's candy company in Downtown Disney and arrange to pickup a little birthday cake for lunchtime to have back at the room, but really, both meals are gonna do something as it is, so no worries. Make sure the ressies have it notated.

Mother came to our table and officially announced to all the diners that only I could keep my elbows on the table. Everyone sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me. After dinner I got a nice birthday cake.

There is also the balloon at DtD. Another and less obvious thing and more spectacular than the balloon would be a helicopter tour. There are even evening IllumiNations helicopter tours...I think it would be a very special to see Epcot at night from the sky.
