    If you really want, swing by Goofy's candy company in Downtown Disney and arrange to pickup a little birthday cake for lunchtime to have back at the room, but really, both meals are gonna do something as it is, so no worries. Make sure the ressies have it notated.

    Get a birthday pin from Guest Services @ Town Hall. CM's & Face Characters wish a "Happy Birthday" ALL day! Minnie did the WildCats Dance for me!

    With what you already have planned, personally I would want some quiet time. I'd go for a daytime cruise, such as one on the Breathless. There is also the balloon at DtD. Another and less obvious thing and more spectacular than the balloon would be a helicopter tour. There are even evening IllumiNations helicopter tours...I think it would be a very special to see Epcot at night from the sky.
