I just have the cyclone vacum and the only negative review that I read on that before I bought it was that you had to clean the filter alot (HELLO that just means it works well and picks up little dust) My MIL has had several different models (over a period of time not as in they do'nt last it seems to be one of the few makes her boys that are still at home do not break) and I very much dought she will go to another brand in a hurry. I hope it works ok for you let me know I might look it up if it is available in the UK.
