She said that it is scheduled to close for a refurb in October, but they hadn't set the exact date yet, and there was no information about when it would reopen. Has anybody heard anything about this? It seems like many of the World Showcase restaurants have been remodeled in recent years (Nine Dragons, everything in Japan, Alfredo's/Tutto Italia), which have updated the feel of them. While I've never had the chance to eat at Bistro, I really like how it looks old and stuffy, so I hope that doesn't change much. She said to keep trying back, and they might add it into the system when they have more specific dates for the refurb. For now, it looks like we're going to Rose & Crown for a post-race celebration.
