    Pere Antoines in the French Quarter (the real one) also serves them and a place in Indianapolis (I forget the name) so they aren't exclusive to Disneyland. I think it's more the atmosphere. (and no I'm not trying to be troll-ish)

    While I can't vouch for all locations, the restaurants in Metairie, LA and Sarasota, FL had good service. The nearest location to DL is in Glendale, but I haven't been there yet.

    One place to NOT order a Monte Cristo is from the room service menu at the HKDL Hotel. I was so looking forward to it, and not only did it not live up to Blue Bayou standards, I have to say it was one of THE most disappointing items I've ever received via room service at any hotel. It definately took the magic out of lunch that day.
