There was a lawsuit awhile back about whethere Disney had to allow the developers to build an access road to connect to Disney's road network, and the presence of the resort tells you who won. :)

But is 100% not Disney, nor anything remotely connected to Disney like the Swan & Dolphin or the Hotel Plaza hotels.

Could this mean a 7-11, a check cashing hut, and a pawn shop there in the future? God forbid ...a Walmart?

We all love Disney best, but this place is no slum.

Wow... did you see that dining room table in pic #21? That is WAY beyond anything I've seen in any Disney resort... DVC or otherwise.

My room in Alligator Bayou had and I kid you not, fake denim material in red and blue strips for draperies in my room. It looked like some recycled cheap motel room shower curtains reused for draperies. The TV Hutch was beatup and pitching forward so resort cast members had attached the back of the hutch to the wall using a large hook. The interior of the room fabrics were awful. Someone definately didn't have the gay gene. Haven't they ever heard of gingham!

However, as for con, I think the DVC has a case of Incredible Shrinking Room Size.
