UGH!! How can I actually root for the Sox to LOSE two games so I can be there for the big finish!? Even WORSE, I have a few connections that just might get me TICKETS to game 6 and/or 7!! AAARRRGH. WHY didn't I plan my vacation for one week earlier!?!? p.s. go sox.

Sorry, Fkurucz You're with some company though, as the Cards fans were the previous team to be swept by the Sox in the World Series. Also, the other Sox team in 2005 swept another team who'd never been to the Fall Classic either, the Astros. I kept thinking the Rockies were in the playoffs when they were still an expansion team and had Galaragga and played at Mile High? But Scully kept saying, this would be the first time in the playoffs. SuperDry! I almost forgot! Tomorrow between 2 and 5 right? And I think that was the only stolen base wasn't it? So, Mr.X, you're from Boston? You must be familiar with Worchester?

If you had told me in April that they would make it to the WS I would laughed really hard.

That's ok, I remember years ago someone from San Diego told me they still prefer to call Qualcomm Stadium, Jack Murphy or The Murph. I bet theres folks in Arizona who still prefer to call Chase Field, the BOB (Bank One Ballpark).
