It was one of the things that Iger really championed when he took over in 2005(?), since he saw digital content as a replacement for physical copies. I suspect that he'll want to get this in motion, if not fully enacted, by the time he leaves the position in 2015. I have no problem with them including digital codes along with the hard copies, but if (when?) they switch to digital-only, I'll stop buying films. At least it will save me some money!
