If you see some with junky cars parked outside the doors, they are probably "monthly" rentals. Steer clear of those, otherwise they are all pretty clean and and "taken from the mold" styled rooms. The best part is that the privately owned ones are quite often price negotiable. Gotta love a bargain especially if it is located within walking distance of a $3.00 breakfast buffet.
