Even though this section is titled world events, it is normally used only for american political discussion. Those discussions mostly have a sameness to them. Any casual reader will soon know what the responses of the posters will be to any type given subject. That, along with the general nature of the subjects, makes most of them pretty boring rather quickly. 2. It is almost guaranteed any title bashing the President will attract readers. So, when I see what I think is an interesting item, I try to figure a way to get people to at least read it. In this case, being in Texas and all, it is almost a given that Bush and Enron will use it in some way to futher the one world government agenda.

But most home ISP's assign the addresses dynamically, meaning you are assigned one from their pool for your current session. Every time you log on you will most likely be assigned a different IP address.
