    The real question for me is why the couple continued their lawsuit even after the state gave in and changed the form.

    I didn't think it was appropriate when someone sued eharmony to provide gay services and I don't think this is appropriate either. People suck sometimes.

    ...or maybe they thought they could make a quick buck by filing a lawsuit and scaring the state into giving them money.
