The 8:00 Candlelight offers more time for eating. Granvilles and Vineyard recommend that you spend 2 hours in the restaurant for dinner. At 8:00 there were 100 people on hold for reservations. We are excited we have been coming for about 20 years from Las vegas.

If you get the sandwich and the all you can eat buffet, you should be at the $40 level, give or take a Coke. You can have the sandwich for lunch the next day. You will LOVE Candlelight!

Here's what we had to do: We had to order an entree off the regular menu PLUS order the buffet. I thought it was a bit odd for them to make it that way.

Actually, I think that's unfair and unreasonable, that you can finish a three course meal in 45 minutes. There's only so much your server can do. If the kitchen happens to be slow, there's not much he can do about it, so I don't see punishing him for it. I think trying to bully the waiter by treating him that way isn't going to help at all. I think arriving early will help in case they can seat you earlier, but don't make a fuss if they can't. If nothing else, look at the menu while you're waiting to be seated so that you can order the minute you sit down. Be sure to let the waiter know that you're doing the Candlelight dining so that he/she knows you have to leave by a certain time. They usually wait a certain amount of time between bringing courses. Tell him/her the courses can be brought when they're ready so there's no down time. And be sure to ask for the check early, so that it can be taken care of while you're having dessert, so you can leave as soon as you're done with dessert. /cs
