Compared to just about anything else Disney might do to generate interest in the park, Eo's a real bargain. They'd need to create a new pre-show film, but that could be literally snapped together in a day or two with existing footage and a new voice-over. I'd think that anything that will bring more people into the showroom would be a good thing from the sponsor's point of view. And anything other than HISTA will achieve that - even Eo. But I go back to my earlier point - about "taste". Just because it's cheap and easy doesn't mean they should do it.

Maybe because this situation looks more like a money grab oppurtunity to some vs a genuine interest to bring back a popular attraction is the uproar, but everytime I come to places like this and other Disney sites, ALL I hear are people to bring stuff back: Peoplemover, CBJ, Subs (well, finally got their wish on that one ), Lincoln and a few others, so I'm not sure why this is such an issue of it being bought back now? And Disney HAS bought things back before: MSEP anyone? So why not not this? I certainly understand people dont want it to come back just to sit there for the next 10 years when they could have something new there. My response: UNLESS they are making something for that space in that theater RIGHT NOW, then I wouldnt hold my breath for anything new regardless. Its either this, the film there now or a shuttered theater. We all know that when it comes to something being shut down in TL, dont look for a replacement of it anytime soon . And yes, it WILL be popular at least the first few months. There is an ENTIRE generation of people who has never seen this film now not to mention all the MJ nutcase fans out there now . So I'm sure it will have its fans again, certainly more than it gets now in that theater. I think a limited run would be nice acutally, but again, come or not, not an issue with me at all.

It probably benefits them more what with the hype and all generated by these stupid rumors.

Back to the actual topic, since Michael Jackson has died the Disney lawyers MAY need to renegotiate a contract with the executors of the will. If that is in process Disney will not announce anything.
