Obama doesn't look foolish. America doesn't look foolish. You maybe do.

as far as fisker claiming how the US benefits from that huge loan all of us gave his car company-where once again is the accountability?

the prez needs to learn that if you use a situation for press releases (just like the solar company in the bay area) and it turns out to be a bomb-you earn the bad press.

RT has already pointed out the salient point: "Henrik Fisker said the U.S. money has been spent on engineering and design work that stayed in the U.S." The money stayed here. End of "scandal," unless you're hell-bent on finding one.

What an idiotic thing to say. Financially, the program was an unmitigated success. You don't like it because it was Obama, no other reason.

When a previous Cash For Clunkers program was done by the first President Bush, by the way, no such caveat was implemented. We'll wait while you look up "caveat" and "implemented".

You tell me Donny... WHAT is an American made car? They build some Dodges in Canada, some Fords and Chevys in Mexico. Meanwhile, most Japanese manufactures build some cars in the United States. Do we support Mexican workers just because Ford owns the plant? Do we penalize American workers just because Toyota owns the plant?

That is the MAJOR problem with many Conservatives... everything to them is black and white. The world ain't like that any more Donny... it is a complicated place with MANY shades of gray.

You don't think things through much, do you?

Every single CFC transaction saw money go into American coffers.

For someone whose party wants as little regulation as possible you sure want a lot of it here.
