This is my first post, I sure hope I'm posting in the right section!

This is one of the only restaurants in DL that my husband & I haven't been to yet, can't wait to try it out!

We asked about the eggs, they are different, sort of have "holes" in them. Our server said that they bake them or something like that. I'm not a big fan of them but DH likes them. I like the cinnamon roll french toast ;)

Carnation does keep short hours, especially when it's not peak season. They do take PS so we just phone to see what their hours are and then make a PS for a late breakfast or early dinner according to what is available.

Have fun! Oh, they do also have a dessert menu so occasionally DH and I will split a sandwich/fruit and then split a dessert. They also offer iced coffee drinks :)
