One can never choose where the heart leads us. Or... different strokes for different folks. Or... Okay, he's just not your cup of tea. That's cool. He's mine. There's that whole 6'6" thing. And the rugged looks. But mostly it's the personable/respectful way in which he interacts with whoever gets in the cab. Whether they're black, geek, flamingly gay, older, macho, silly, whatever, he seems comfortable with them and he seems to sincerely wish that they do well on the show. As I stated previously, Ben Bailey is a huge part of the appeal of the show for me. But I can totally appreciate that others might not view him through the same eyes I do.

One contestant vs. four. That is a BIG difference! But I love the variation. Same as with the length of their destination.

That's what I kept looking for this past summer. Although, I've seen episodes this year, with a different cab #. If I see it this week, I'll write it down! It's usually on from 6-7pm on Discovery.

Also the host is different. While spotting the cash cab is fairly easy in NY (How many minivan or hybrid for that matter cabs are there vs the Crown Vics currently). It's much easier to spot the cash cab in Toronto. (Maybe I should play just for the hey once) Since T dot is a city where cabs are painted by company, the cash cab is VERY easy to spot as it's the ONLY Sienna in it's paint scheme). That said I'm shocked at how many people on the CDN version don't know what it is. I would however like to see Cash Cab USA travel to other cities as well. (for a true more random hey it's the cash cab). That said I understand logistics/registration would make that a never will happen situation). For me this show is nice in that a lot of the people don't study for the quiz. It really is a slice of life hey what does this dudette know? Didn't a mole contestant win a couple thousand in the cash cab?

I don't take cabs very often, and I've been in minivan cabs several times. They're in the minority, but not a tiny minority.
