    I've actually seen this done at DL in Anaheim, except the jets were flying in the opposite direction.

    On the 4th (just a couple days ago), we were waiting on Main Street at DL for the parade, and I heard a low rumbling. I turned my head toward the train station, and there was an old military cargo plane flying by. Since it was headed east to west, and fairly low in the sky (only a couple hundred feet, if that), I would guess it was for something, but I don't really know what. We also saw the Lightyear blimp (not Goodyear), so maybe it was from an Angels game or something. Either way, it did seem strange to see at DL!
