Disney has signed TV writer Bill Kunstler to adapt the screenplay for the movie version of “Castle Hangnail,” the children’s book it set up last year with Ellen DeGeneres. Kunstler was a consulting producer on CBS’ “Mom,” a co-executive producer on CBS’ The Crazy Ones,” a co-exec producer on “Accidentally on Purpose” and a consultant on “How to Live with Your Parents (for the Rest of Your Life).” Disney Moving Ahead on ‘Castle Hangnail’ with Ellen DeGeneres
