This past weekend the CinemaScore poll showed that ticket buyers who saw Chicken Little gave the picture an average rating of A-Minus. That's a very impressive rating for a film that suffered some harsh criticism in the press, and can not be discounted. So, if you HAVE seen it, what would you have told a CinemaScore pollster as you exited the theatre?

A little short and some of the jokes were just dumb, but I suppose centered to the key demographic of children (I'm talking about a scene where a handful of characters keep saying different terminology for urine and stuff like that) but largely it was very nice, entertaining, fun, and I actually was a little shocked by the ending. Especially with the way the movie is advertised. It wasn't a bad surprise just a surprise and suitable for a family movie Oh and about 3/4 the way through the movie the child behind us suddenly and quite randomly shouted out "CHICKENS CAN'T TALK!"....that may have been the funniest part of the movie for me

With a better ( i.e original soundtrack) could have been a B+

On my list of animated films it ranks 3rd to last for Disney films only above The Black Cauldron and Fox and the Hound. That speaks more to the quality of the former Disney films than to the lack of quality in Chicken Little.
