Two, the bridge was not constructed with garbage, but apparently they used leftover construction materials (garbage) as rubble to reduce the amount of concrete used to fill cracks in the bridge.

I liked it much better when I heard this on Fox and Friends about how China's falling apart. They even used the word "Chinaman." It made me feel warm and fuzzy. This news just frightens and confuses me.
