Nearly 19,000 people have been buried under debris in a city near the centre of a devastating earthquake in China, the state news agency has reported. Also The death toll from the 7.9-magnitude tremor has jumped to more than 12,000, but there are fears the final toll will be far higher. Atleast the Chinese Govement is being very quick in response here.
