This is probably because the Mansion has been in Christmas mode, so to speak, since late September. If I recall correctly Main Street is usually last, I could be wrong. Check for when Small World comes off of refurb in late Nov, early Dec. When small world is decked out for Christmas it's really Christmas at Disneyland.

We had to leave later that day to head back home and I remember thinking it was torture b/c it made me want to see the Chistmas decor in "full bloom". After that we decided to make our family vacation each year only at Christmas time- with ALL the decorations up. It truely is "magical"! Can't wait for our Christmas trip this year!

Checking with my uncle last year the park was open until midnight friday/saturday 11 on sunday and 6 or 8 on monday (cast members parties). Don't know if it will be the same this year. 15 days for next trip
