Back in the 80's and 90's, the whole glass facade of Journey into Imagination used to change colors every few seconds, much like Spaceship Earth. When the pavilion was overhauled in 1999, the whole thing went dark. Then, in 2008, lighting was restored, but only the orange scheme. Finally, this year, it's color changing again! Very pretty effect. Now, if only we could get SSE to do the same thing again...

But without decorations and a focal point, it is a little bleak. At least the Tree was working this year.
