Sure, they're done up every year. Small World, Haunted Mansion (Nightmare style), Toon Town, New Orleans Square, Bear Country, Main Street, Frontierland, all get duded up for Christmas. Save for Tomorrowland, there's really nowhere you can go without seeing some type of Christmas decorations.
