    Then again, Disney only own 100% of the US parks, that may be the difference too.

    In recent years, they've also had little promo spots for Adventures by Disney, so I'm sure there are international clips in there, but I don't recall seeing anything about the other parks. At least with the Travel Channel specials, they are able to disguise it as something other than an ad; the parade really has just become a giant advertisement in recent years. It's kind of shocking how little actual parade there is in the 2 hour broadcast (I would guess less than 20 minutes total from both coasts).
