Toontown closes first, usually around 8 PM, and remains closed the rest of the night.

Then the Monorail will stop running slightly before 9 PM every time there are fireworks. It does return to operation when the Fire Marshalls give the all clear.

The Railroad will stop sending trains through Frontierland/Big Thunder around 9:15 and won't allow any trains to go past until the fireworks are over. The trains on the track just sit in the stations during the show.

As for Fantasyland, that is all depending on the wind.

The best case scenerio, they closed the pathways to the Castle (all three of them) and the backside of the castle, but can keep the queues open for Peter Pan and Snow White, and don't have to worry about the parade pathway behind Alice.

But if the winds are going in certain directions, they will close Peter Pan, Snow White, and sometimes even the Carousel and Pinocchio. Also, they sometimes also have to close the Parade route besides the Matterhorn.

It really depends on the day.

I am asking because I always thought they just closed down Fantasyland so we never went there but on our trip this year (June 25-29) we want to ride some of those at night. I seem to remember Story Book being really pretty at night from when I was a kid.

storybook, casey, teacups, and the matterhorn tend to remain open throughout the show. Also i don't think they stop the train unless it is really windy, because throughout the show the trains pass through Small world. small world also remain open, unless it is windy.
