It looks like it can be set up for a new store, but nothing's moving in. With the economy and the way Garden Walk is performing, I'm not terribly surprised that it's still empty.

Johnny Rockets opened today, and the majority of the mall is leased. But there are plenty of spaces that still need to be leased, as some companies have walked away (I would say about 25% of the spaces).
