The same thing with CNN and I imagine Fox did it. Why on earth would anyone want to watch that? Look I know this makes me a bit of a hippocrite because I find some of the documentries that are on the History Channel or National Geographic to be interesting. And I'm planning on seeing United 93 and World Trade Center. May it's my general dissatisfaction of the news media in general.

It seemed to take the anchors a really long time to realize that terrorism was to blame. I'm not sure if it was because they were too shocked or if they were waiting for some sort of information before they said "terrorist". When I watched it live 5 years ago, within moments of the second plane hitting the building, the anchor said something to the effect of "this is deliberate, folks." At that moment, I remember *knowing* that bin Laden was to blame. I can understand that a newscaster would try to keep their hunches to themselves but I was not impressed by the CNN commentary on the moments after the attack. I wasn't sure how seeing the images would make me feel. It's amazing how quickly all the feelings of the day come flooding back almost instantly. It was a painful day.

WHAT? One MAYBE, but freaking two and like the expert he had on was saying, its the WTC!!!! The biggest most visible skyscraper in freaking New York on a clear sunny day!!! Who would NEED navigation not to notice a 110 story building in the front of you? But I guess the anchorman was pretty stunned himself watching two planes fall into the towers and just didn't want to jump to the obvious.

I don't think it was an act of not being educated on the topic so much as it was our not wanting to believe what we were seeing. I'll give it to the press though. All of the networks and cable news did a spectacular job that day and in the ensuing weeks. If they only took their jobs as seriously the rest of the year.

Gore overwhelmingly took florida on 11/2000 with over 76 percent of the legal vote in his favor. The fact that when cnn bought the gallup poll, six months before 11/2000, and suddenly bush's poll numbers went up 40 percent in the next day's polling. The new owners, issued the order to only count repulbican votes in the statistics. Cnn on 11/2000, blocked news coverage of the traitors being discovered manipulating and strong arming votes across america. They are traitors. If anyone ever says there is something wrong with me, it is because george bush is a traitor, and you cowards are doing nothing to get rid of him. Until he is impeached, i will never work in america or buy an american product, unless i am forced to. And i will make sure you spend more to force these criminals to stay in the white house, than to force them to leave. <<<<He looks light years younger< for a man we know is in great physical shape -- he has aged tremendously>>> It takes a lot out of you to maintain a life that is a lie.
