    <I>CNN Showbiz</I> reports Mike Fleiss' Next Entertainment will produce a reality series for ABC entitled <I>The Will</I> which has family and friends of a wealthy benefactor competing to win the bulk of his estate. Participants will be able to vote out others in essence cutting them out of the will.
