Can't figure out whey he isn't there for a "Meet and Greet" :O) -- Had to throw that in there. ;O) But getting back to business here.... I beleive Fort Wilderness does an all-out BEAUTIFUL display of decorations. I heard that EPCOT does some light show of some kind .. I think within World Showcase? Anyway .... Any help would be appreciated for all parks, resort hotels, etc. THANK YOU

At the World Showcase end is Epcot's big Christmas tree. Every night they do a tree lighting that not only lights the big tree but lights up the archway for the first time. Really spectacular! After that the archway's lights move to music throughout the evening. The Candlelight Processional at Epcot is really nice. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is the only way to see the holiday parade and fireworks at MK up until Christmas. We're headed to that this Thursday. Osborne Lights are awesome but crowded. Going once Fantasmic starts sometimes helps with the crowds. We haven't done the Christmas parade at AK yet but hope to this week. Animal Kingdom Lodge has a fantastic Christmas tree in its lobby. Coronado Springs had several very pretty Christmas trees in its lobby and down between the two restaurants was a neat display made out of candy and chocolate last year. Overall its an fantastic time of year to go and pretty much all over WDW there's plenty to find.

I would have to say that the WL has the most decorations. The YC and BC have much smaller lobbys so definately not nearly as much Christmas decorations. It seems that the Christmas tree as each resort are themed to that resort. For example the YC has a Christmas tree that is red, while, blue, gold with boat ornaments on it. The WL tree ( which is huge ) has teepees, canoes and rustic themed ornaments. The WL has the best lobby so far of any resorts I have been in to just hang out. Oh thing I noticed is that the lights in DTD are all LED. They look like retro lights but with multiple LED lights in each bulb. There is also lots of holiday entertainment going on in DTD right now. My party walked by the Candlelight Processional tonight in EPCOT. It was packed, Marie Osmond was preforming. Very nice show. In fact I would have to say that the World Showcase looks great for the holidays. Tomorrow my party will be at the MK so I can give more of a feel for that park tomorrow night. My party is also attending MVMCP tomorrow night as well.

Disney Studios: Osbourne family lights, not Ozzie, the Osbourne’s used to do this at their home in Arkansas but it bugged the neighbors (crowd control problems) so Disney is doing it. Lights dance to Music of traditional and modern carols (Trans- Siberian Orchestra). Animal Kingdom: The only Christmas specific thing I’ve heard about is the parade. The rest has been well covered:

The Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge are my favorite as their enormous lobbies allow for huge trees and multiple garlands and smaller trees throughout. The Boardwalk, at least in the past, also has some of the best garlands on property in their lobbby. For outside garlands and wreaths, my favorite are AK's decorations. They are loaded with grasses, animal carvings and ornaments and are full of "stuff", which is how I like the garlands, particularly when they are so appropriately themed to their respective areas. As for specific things to do, the major ones have been covered. The only other thing I would add is that if you are at AK to take a stroll through Camp Minnie- Mickey which is filled with multiple 5-6ft(?) trees themed to particular characters. They have some carolers and the characters are dressed in appropriate holiday garb back there and there is the holiday overlay of the Jungle parade, but in terms of major holiday offerings, AK falls short of MGM's Osborne Lights, Epcot's Lights of Winter, Candlelight Processional and Peace on Earth Illuminations finale and MK's christmas parade, shows and Holiday Wishes fireworks.

Not this year sadly, just the tree in the Lobby and the lit animals at the entrance of the Hotel.
