I had heard of him but never had any real interest. Just happened to flip to his show last night and... WOW! I was hooked!

It's almost disturbing to me, though, not having any remote idea how he pulls off the things he does. The control freak in me can't handle it. LOL

    Anyone else?

Just found it to be silly.

For the most part, it's pretty obvious how these 'illusions' are done.

Sorry, if I'm destroying the fun here MomofPrincess...

I'm no expert in magic, but having watched many of these shows, here's what I surmise....

You know those illusions, where he has all those people standing around watching him?

    They're all in on it.

And what appears to be live video with no cuts is actually an edited show.

Those two girls who 'freaked' out when he got cut in half? They're in on it -- they're actors.

The bottom half of his body? Animatronics.

Otherwise, some wiseguy would walk over to the 'bottom half' of his body and touch it and say 'hey, this is made of rubber!'

Glass about half an inch underwater is invisible and all the shocked people in the pool probably helped install the glass. :) It looked like he also hung from something to get the floating steps look.
