We don't usually visit the park in the summer but I bet if she is going to be out and about it will be then. Donald is my favorite I don't see him about very often either. In February he was in the lobby for 50 Magical Years. There was hardly anyone there - a great photo opportunity and I didn't have my camera. I was soooo mad.
