My actually liking the show is a surprise to me . . .

Plus the Americans who vote seem to mostly keep the good acts in while kicking out the worst couples. Unlike Strictly.

I absolutely agree about them having hotter females. But where is Chelsie Hightower this season?

I also like Strictly but don't love it. I feel Sir Bruce as much as I respect the guy and his career. He really does slow the pace of the show down. I also don't think Alesha Dixon really adds much to the judging panal and scores to high in most cases. Still its great Sat night tv.

But don't really feel its better to the UK show at the moment, except for a greater over 30's category. Some great talent.

In regards to other imported shows. I happen to be a massive Masterchef fan. And I have watched several versions of the format. For me none of them can match the Australian version.

Personally I'm rooting for JR at this point. That man can MOVE! But Ricki is great also. And I agree with you Malin...Derek is a phenomenal dancer!

What about Maks and his comments? He may have crossed the line, but I think he has a real point. Derek and Mark are fabulous choreographers and they always get a partner who can be a real contender. Why do neither of them get Kirstie Alley or Kate Gosselin? The playing field doesn't seem entirely level.
