Originally Posted By allthingsdisney ok we stayed here in sept 06 and i wouldnt ever again.....staff was friendly and helpful but............. was not the best hotel by any means...way too far to walk and not on anaheim transit u have to walk across the street to catch the shuttle they advertise a shuttle but we used it only once as it leaves twice in am and twice at night before park closes....so staying at DL until closing wasnt an option using hotel shuttle...on to pool and hottub dirty on both accounts but..it was cleaned our 3rd night there but sisters family came home with a rash from pool after it was cleaned my family never used it....lol too scared too rooms were clean but old we checked for the bug thing and happy to report no bugs until last full day there i and think this one came in from open door..but was the biggest roach i have ever saw and i have seen some biggies in mexico.....lol was right by the open door we hadnt seen anything else but man it freaked me out....thank god we didnt come home with any lil friends but i worried for quite awile after we got home so i know we will never stay here again just not worth the price and with pool situation and not having a great shuttle service not even convienent for anaheim resort transit...i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.....we will spend the extra few dollars a night and stay closer next time..this was a budget trip but ended up not being worth the money we saved
