It also depends on whether you like being around people or not. You see, while I enjoy one on one conversation, I don't really like interacting in groups. And sometimes people think I'm being standoffish and aloof. I'm not, I just tend to shut down when surrounded by tons of people.' -- Jim in Merced, CA

I don't know exactly what's going to happen to the designation of "Disney's California Adventure," but if the DisCo really is serious about making up for all their blunders and lost time on their second park in Anaheim, they'll scrap the name in its entirety. I notice the DisCo recently raised the entry price to all their parks in the U.S., with the 4 parks in Florida continuing to charge noticeably more than the 2 parks in California. And that's in spite of the L.A. area having a higher cost-of-living than the Orlando area. So if the disparity in ticket prices between the two coasts is a hint of where the DisCo is most successful and popular, then maybe "Disney's Florida Adventure" would make as much, if not more, sense than "Disney's California Adventure."

To steer clear of any "false advertising" charges, that billboard probably has "Resort" in teeny tiny letters just below "Disneyland". That describes the billboards and large scale advertisements for the attraction all over Southern California, and presumably Nationwide.

WDW has had higher ticket prices than DL since, oh, 1971. The market will bear it, so that's what they charge. IIRC, there hasn't been a single year since 1971 when it hasn't been more expensive at WDW, either for ticket books in the 70's, or passports since '82.

Move Buzz Lighyear across the esplanade (and free up Tomorrowland space for something actually futuristic). The "lands": Monstropolis (formerly Hollywood Backlot): a Monster's Inc. twist to ToT and there ya go, HPB is rethemed. Disney/Pixar Animation can stay. Pixar Pier (formerly Paradise Pier): Seaside fun with Nemo, Toy Story Midway Mania, etc.) Woody's Wilderness (formerly Golden State): Add the critters from Boundin' along GRR, some retheming of the playground, there ya go. Space Ranger Training Camp (formerly Condor Flats): Retheme Soarin' to relate it to "Up", Pixar's next big release, and rebuild Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin here. So you have Disneyland on one side, Pixarland on the other, and even the dullest crayon in the box gets it. Characters aplenty, so people are happy. I just made Disney a billion dollars.
