I don't nessecarily think they should bring back teh Bollywood group specifically, but they should have some sort of completely unexpected dance group. They totally made Glow Fest awesome, so I would be fine with them being back, but I think it would also be fun to see them do it with a fresh group.

As for Glow Fest, I always thought it was a tie-in promotion for the WOC opening. These street clubs are a big success and I can see Disney using them through different promotions for upcoming films and such.

I feel that ElecTRONica is just too dark and not as fun as Glow fest. Glow fest was more fun and festive and had a better party atmosphere.

They burn off some energy so they will sleep well which benefits tired parents. I say, BRING BACK GLOW FEST IN 2011, pretty much as it was. Remember, K.I.S.S. Don't mess with success! elecTRONica is too mundane with no color or splash. The dancing is too mechanical. April is WAY too long to drag it out. Sadly, watch for the movie to flop. Maybe some kind of "Winter Fest" to tide over 'till Glow Fest can kick in around late May through early September. Tourists will love it as it will be new to them. Check out "Glow Fest Best Dancer" on utube. She is very good at leading people in simple moves but yet complicated enough for more talented amateurs. Thank you for your responses.

I liked glow fest a lot better though because it was more family friendly (other than the alcohol) but the dancers did stuff with all the guests and they had the guy on the truck and all that good stuff. They should just use all the high tech stuff they got for electronica and make a new glow fest...

While I enjoy it, I'm really burned out on it and would love to see a change. It was fun for the first time or two, but it just didn't have the same repeatability as Glow Fest. Part of what made GF so much more fun was that it was a lot more approachable to average guests, with recognizable songs and less intimidating dance styles. The guest/dancer interaction was also a lot more fun with GF, and that helped it keep its legs. Not to mention, the opening show for GF blows the ElecTronica show out of the water. GF's show was 45 minutes long, with two acts (the Bollywood dancers were a strangely perfect fit, and the Glow Fest Dancers had completely different routines for each of the two shows) while the ElecTRONica show barely hits 15 minutes, most of which is watching the videoboard showing the clips of the event, while some guy describes it to you. One big advantage that Glow Fest had in that area was that they could start the shows while it was still bright out, and it didn't feel so strange. By the time the secon show ended, it was just dark enough to start dancing, and it all timed out perfectly. It has to be dark before ElecTRONica can do its show, since it's so short, limiting the overall entertainment schedule for the park. Personally, I permanently moved out to southern California at the middle/end of July, and managed to make it to Glow Fest literally every week (except maybe one) until it ended it's run, which was extended. I've been out here the entire time that ElecTRONica has been running, and I don't think I've gone 5 times. And one of the characters from the film has my name, so the movie is kind of a big deal to me. I'm just saying, they'll make a lot more money from me (I shudder to think about the number of glowing ice cubes in my cupboard) if they bring back Glow Fest. Heck, my spending alone could probably get them to the break even point! : )

I use to go to glow every weekend and just hang out there until closing. Now, none of my group want to go there at all. I love the idea of a place to get some drinks, dance and hang out in the evening, but I want my Glow back.

The infrastructure and equipment is already in place, so it makes sense financially that they would just extend ElecTRONica instead of swapping over to something else. I can see them changing some things in ElecTRONica up to try and keep up interest in it.
