When we made our reservations back months ago, we had to split our time with 5 nights at AS Music, followed by 3 nights at Sarasota Springs Resort. We booked a studio for the final 3 nights. Today we check in in the morning and go to the D/MGM Studios, and my daughter meets us there later in the day, having finally finished 48 straight hours on call. After a while we decide to head to SSR, having been informed that our room is ready. My daughter already knew the room number, and her colleague text messaged her when it showed that it was ready. When we walk in, we find that it was not the studio that we had booked, but that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom villa!!!!!!! (Guess it helps to know someone who knows someone ... ) What a difference from our room at AS Music, huh? My daughter knew of the upgrade since yesterday, and it was killing her to keep the secret, especially after a discussion we were having earlier in the day about upgrades. It's not the Cinderella Suite in the castle that Denise stayed at recently - but I do get to stay here for 3 nights!!!! Yayyy!!!
