As a rule of thumb, the first 2 weeks of December are pretty good crowd wise but the closer it gets to Christmas the more crowded it gets. There's nothing like DL at Christmastime!! CHristmas season and the Christmas Parade will start Friday, November 14th, but I might be wrong, and they might not start until November 21st. As for the Candlelight Processional, it tends to held in December, my guess the 6th and 7th (no way will they hold it the weekend before, since Thanksgiving is the 27th this year.)
