We just stayed there last weekend, and while it's a little farther, it's close to the Timon lot (take the tram) and since it's off the main strip, it's nice and quiet. And even though the construction is going on, we didn't hear anything. The address is 415 W Katella, and through Google Earth, it's less than a mile to the Esplanade.
