    I'm sure SOMEONE did!

    I didn't, because we've still got the VHS. We have very few of the rereleases in both formats.

    Yeah, the US edition was in the double keepcase, and had no slipcover. Too bad because I like the single case that's the standard now...takes up less room.

    I bought the laserdisc box set when it came out in the 90's. It was great, it came with some limited edition lithographs which I had Adriana Caselotti sign before she passed away. I still cherish that set.
