Both my girls ( 21 and 12 ) would take Capt'n Jack over the princesses any time. In fact neither were ever 'into' the princesses per se. My oldest loved Little Mermaid - but she was not a princess until merchandising made her so. Her other favorite Disney feature is Lion King. My youngest's favorite is Stitch.( and Lilo )- and she loves the old Merrie Melodies type stuff.. Some girls are athletes ( as mine are) - - and refuse to be relegated to cheerleader status for the princesses.. Now my oldest would rather have Will Turner than Capt'n Jack, but that is just her personal preference - LOL !
