When you enter the Mickey and Friends parking structure place the placard on the rear view mirror and the CM will place a tag on your windshield wiper. Then you will be directed to the handicap parking. That is all there is. California has two different colored placards. Blue is permanent and red is temporary with an expiration date punched into it.
