But we had fun. Hubby got one ride in DCA, TOT. Me and Baby.. no rides. we got there at 1 and went straight to the Disney Playhouse Live. The little Door Mouse LOVED IT. We tried to catch one of the Food and Wine Festival Shows, but by the time we got there we were 10-12 in the standby line. We went to lunch at the burger place in Condor Flats. we bought chili cheese fries, and had brought chicken salad and other munchies, but the addition of tomato slices, and lettuce made the meal that much yummier.

We waited in the 45 minute line to get in the orchestra seating for Aladdin. WELL worth the wait. we have seen it before, but with her we were Right on the aisle in the VERY front section of seats.

Disneyland, we did about 6 rides all day, alot of stopping and resting and Just took it slow and did stuff for the baby. It was alot of fun actually. With exception of TOT we did everything as a family. We did the train, Tiki room, IASW, POTC, Storybook land, Autopia (the Door Mouse drove daddies car..) and Pooh. Oh and the monirail into the park from DTD. We ate at the Billy Hill show. two adult meals and two kids meals for just under $30.
We had dinner at Mimis every night, and breakfast in the room, feasting on leftover carrot bread, and juice boxes.
We were staying at ho jos. I have no problems with the beds, those were wonderful.. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but whatever. More importantly.. If you are staying at Ho Jo's with a child under the age of 6 or you like a dark room DON'T STAY ON THE SECOND FLOOR of buildings 3-4. these are the buildings with the cool multi colored arches on top of the building. What those arches actually are, is a vaulted ceiling in the rooms with a high, non covered, window at each end of the room, so when the sun came up, so did the baby.. Plus those two buildings (well at least building 3) don't have elevators, only stairs. we were in a room at the top of the stairs, with me being 6 months pregnant, a 20 month old, and a hubby that strained his knee at work the week before. That was a minor issue..
we took cookies, and granola bars, fruit cups and lots of apples grapes and peanut butter. We also took salami and cheddar cheese, and beef jerky. We only bought our dole whips, and lunches. We ate at Mimis for dinners, and for breakfast the last day. The tuscan omelett was delicious..( would have been fabulous with some sourdough rolls..)
Here is the photo album with the pictures from our trip..

Thanks again. Love Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter, and The Door Mouse..
