If this can capture some of the sweetness of the original High School Musical, the fun campiness of Teen Beach Movie, or the heart of Geek Charming, then I have some hope that this could be okay. Given how long they've been publically working on it, I'd hope that they're doing it right

For example, I love Full House, even though I watch it now and realize it is rather terrible. I actually watch a lot more Disney Channel than I should. Girl Meets World is one of the best shows DC has ever aired. (Though, while it does come close, nothing will ever top That's So Raven. Nothing. Ever.) I'm also really pumped for Teen Beach Movie 2, as the first one was a ball of fun and had a great soundtrack. Descendants interests me a lot, especially due to the great cast, wonderful costumes and KENNY FREAKING ORTEGA. Gotta love him.
